Now Hiring: Part-time

Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour, offer depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Follow prep lists as written by managers.

• Prepare all food items according to standardized recipes, BEO’s and/or as specified by the Chef. Check to

ensure consistency of product.

• Labeling and stocking all ingredients in storage areas so they can be organized and easily accessible.

• Keep all refrigeration, storage and working areas in clean, working condition to comply with Health

Department regulations.

• Ensure all equipment in working areas is clean and in proper working condition. Report issues to

management.

• Assist with plate of food for events, ensuring that finished plates are presentable.

• Prepare food items for production in the work station. Read and use math skills to appropriately prepare

items according to recipes. Requires stamina for standing & strength for lifting & moving products.

• Measuring ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking recipes.

• Help distribute food to various outlet locations from central kitchen by assisting with or driving golf cart,

mid-size car or large van. Load varies, weather conditions vary. If required to drive, you will be asked to

sign a driving agreement upon hire and be provided with some remedial training.

Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of the fundamentals of basic kitchen skills.

• Good working knowledge of accepted standards of sanitation.

• Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.

• Knowledge of operating all kitchen equipment, i.e., stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, kettles, etc.
