RETAIL GIFT SHOP ASSISTANT MANAGER
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic environment? Sky Dineis
seeking a Retail Gift Shop Assistant Manager for our new gift shop, located in Eagle County Regional Airport, to help drive our
success and provide exceptional customer service.
As an Assistant manager at Sky Dine, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations. Your primary
responsibilities will include leading and motivating a team of associates, ensuring that sales targets are met, and deliverin g a
high level of customer satisfaction.
HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:
• Assist in managing day-to-day store operations.
• Supervise and support retail associates.
• Provide outstanding customer service to travelers .
• Monitor inventory and restocking.
• Handle transactions and daily financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with airport and company policies .
HERE’S WHAT WILL GET YOU NOTICED:
• 1–2 years of retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business
operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fun environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and
holidays
• Interest in local culture and tourism

• Prior experience in a managerial role in retail.
• Flexibility in hours to service the needs of the company.
HERE’S WHAT WE OFFER:
• Competitive compensation of $60,000 - $70,000, based
on experience.
