We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests and help create the exceptional Drybar experience our clients know and love.

What You’ll Do

As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll help keep the salon running smoothly while ensuring every guest feels welcomed and taken care of. You’ll:

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every client from the moment they arrive

• Manage appointments, check-ins, check-outs, and transactions

• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently

• Answer questions and help clients with their needs

• Resolve issues using sound judgment, available resources, and strong problem-solving skills

• Support retail sales and help clients discover products that complement their Drybar experience

• Multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of service

• Maintain a professional, positive demeanor—even during busy periods

• Work collaboratively with the salon team to deliver an exceptional guest experience

What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who is naturally friendly, organized, solutions-oriented, and passionate about customer service. You bring energy to the front desk and enjoy making people feel welcome.

Qualifications

• Open availability is required

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-service-focused environment, such as:

  • Sales Associate

  • Retail Sales Associate

  • Customer Service Representative

  • Store Associate

  • Salon Associate

  • Or a similar customer-facing role

• Previous point-of-sale (POS) system experience strongly preferred

• Previous salon or spa experience is a plus, but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work comfortably and effectively at a sustained, fast pace

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

• Ability to multitask with ease and stay organized in a busy environment

• Comfortable standing and/or walking for the duration of 6–8 hour shifts

• Technical ability and confidence using point-of-sale systems and other front desk technology

• Strong judgment and resourcefulness when resolving client or front desk issues

• Ability to remain professional, positive, and composed under pressure
