What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and guests at a technology-focused office location while following site-specific policies and security-related procedures.
• Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Monitor access points, reception-area activity, and applicable alarm or camera systems; report unusual activity and security-related concerns according to established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Support access control processes, receive deliveries, direct visitors, and communicate clearly with site contacts, vendors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A Security Professional Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
