- Bring together data from ARIS, HALO, OBM, Dynatrace, Splunk, Piano Analytics and WTTSS Synthetic Monitoring in actionable business-chain dashboards.
- Create shared priorities with stakeholders and improve visibility, root-cause analysis, service-health insight and proactive risk detection across critical business processes.
Fact & Figures

- 1 integrated view connecting multiple observability, monitoring, event, logging, analytics and synthetic-monitoring sources.
- 9.5 million customers worldwide.
Top 3 Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision and development of E2E Critical Business Chain Visualisation by translating strategic objectives into a roadmap, prioritised backlog and measurable outcomes.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across business, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Architecture and Service Management. Clarify needs, align priorities, manage expectations and facilitate decisions when interests or requirements differ.
