লিঙ্গঃ নারী-পুরুষ উভয়ে আবেদন করতে পারবেন। তবে পুরুষ প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওযা হবে ।

অভিজ্ঞতাঃ
- ক্ষুদ্রঋণ প্রকল্পে প্রতিষ্ঠিত এনজিওতে মাঠকর্মি হিসেবে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা শিথিল যোগ্য ও বেতন আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে ।
- বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স সহ মোটরসাইকেল চালানোর অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
- কম্পিউটারের অফিস প্রোগ্রাম, এক্সেল ও ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
- শাখা ব্যবস্থাপকের নির্দেশ ও কর্ম-পরিকল্পনা অনুযায়ী মুভমেন্ট করে সমিতিতে গমন করা।
- মাঠে গমনের পূর্বে শাখা ব্যবস্থাপকের সঙ্গে আলোচনা করে নিজ কার্যাবলী সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত নির্দেশনা নেয়া।
- শাখায় ফিরে শাখা ব্যবস্থাপক কর্তৃক কালেকশন শীট চেক করার পর হিসাবরক্ষকের নিকট কালেকশন শীট অনুযায়ী আদায়কৃত টাকা নির্ভুল টপশীট তৈরী করে বুঝিয়ে দিবেন।
- বিকেল বেলা মুভমেন্ট করে মাঠ পর্যয়ে বেরিয়ে পড়বেন। শাখা ব্যবস্থাপকের নির্দেশ মোতাবেক নতুন সমিতি গঠন,সদস্য বৃদ্ধি,ঋণ প্রকল্প যাচাই,বকেয়া রোধে কাজ করা,সদস্যদের খোঁজ খবর রাখা ও ইস্যুভিত্তিক সভা ইত্যাদি কাজ সম্পাদন করবেন।
- সদস্যগন নিজ নিজ জমাকৃত সঞ্চয়ের পরিমাণ জানে কিনা এবং ঋণের কিস্তি সংখ্যা জানে কিনা ও সংস্থার ঋণ কার্যক্রমের অন্যান্য নিয়ম কানুন জানে কিনা পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।
- ঋণ নিয়ে অন্য সদস্যকে ধার দেয়া এবং ভুয়া (False) ঋণ বিতরণের ঘটনা ঘটেছে কি না পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।
- বিশেষ কোন কারনে যদি কোন সদস্য ঋণের কিস্তি দিতে অপারগতা প্রকাশ করে তাহলে কিস্তি আদায় না হওয়া পর্যন্ত ঋণীর বাড়ীতে অবস্থান করা অথবা দলীয় চাপ এবং সালিশ বিচারের মাধ্যমে কিস্তি আদায়ের উদ্যোগ নেয়া। খেলাপী ঋণ সম্পর্কে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে শাখা ব্যবস্থাপককে অবহিত করা।
- সংস্থার নীতিমালা সম্পর্কে ভালভাবে অবহিত হবেন।
- সমিতিতে বসার ব্যবস্থা করা এবং রেজুলেশন খাতায় সদস্যদের স্বাক্ষর নিশ্চিত করা।
- সাপ্তাহিক সভায় আদায়কৃত টাকার পরিমাণ,ঋণ প্রস্তাব,সঞ্চয় ফেরত রেজুলেশন খাতায় লিপিবদ্ধ করা।
- সমিতির জন্য সদস্য নির্বাচন ও সমিতি গঠণ।
- ঋণ প্রদানের পূর্বে সদস্যদের বিভিন্ন তথ্য সার্ভে করে ঋণ দেয়ার উপযোগিতা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
- সংগঠক হিসাবে আপনাকে ৪০০ জন সদস্য এবং ৩৫০ জন ঋণী দেখতে হবে।
- সংগঠক হিসাবে আপনাকে ৩০ সদস্য বিশিষ্ট ১৪/১৬টি সমিতি সপ্তাহে আদায় ও তদারকি করতে হবে।
- সংস্থার সকল ম্যানুয়াল,সার্কুলার,চিাঠপত্র ইত্যাদি বিষয়ে প্রয়োজনীয় জ্ঞান অর্জন করা ও বাস্তবায়ন করা।
- কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দেশ মোতাবেক যেকোন সময় যেকোন দায়িত্ব পালন করা।
- এ ছাড়াও সোপিরেট আপনাকে যেকোন দুর্যোগকালীন সময়ে কাজে নিয়োজিত করতে পারবে।
