Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Middle-Tier Network Engineer to join its technical team and take responsibility for deploying, supporting and maintaining core networking infrastructure for clients across Cyprus. The successful candidate should already have solid hands-on networking knowledge and be comfortable working with servers, switching, routing, wireless technologies and VPNs. Job Description Deploy, configure and support core networking solutions. Work with switching, routing, wireless networking, VPNs and server environments. Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and infrastructure issues. Support Microsoft client and server operating systems. Assist with network infrastructure deployments and upgrades. Provide technical support to clients both remotely and on-site. Work alongside senior engineers on more complex infrastructure projects. Participate in client-site assignments across Cyprus. Develop further expertise across enterprise networking and related technologies. Reporting to: Senior Engineers and/or the Technical Director. Your Profile 3-5 years' technical experience. At least 3 years' hands-on experience with Microsoft client and server operating systems. Solid practical knowledge of: Switching Routing Wireless networking VPNs Networking knowledge is mandatory. Knowledge of network security concepts and firewalls is a strong advantage. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent/strong Greek and English are required. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Valid driving licence is essential.
