General Manager for Confidential Specialty Coffee Concept
An Elevated, Design Forward Coffee Experience in Beverly Hills
A new specialty coffee concept is preparing to open in Beverly Hills, with a focus on exceptional coffee, thoughtful hospitality, and a highly curated guest experience. The program will feature premium specialty coffee and carefully sourced pastries in a polished, modern, and approachable setting.
They are seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on General Manager to help bring the concept to life from the ground up. This person will play a key role in developing the coffee and pastry programs, sourcing beans and bakery partners, establishing vendor relationships, identifying equipment needs, setting up POS and ordering systems, managing inventory and retail financials, and hiring and scheduling the team.
This is very much a working manager role, ideal for someone with strong specialty coffee experience, significant barista knowledge, and previous management responsibility. Opening experience is highly preferred, particularly someone who has helped build systems and operations from scratch. They are looking for someone warm, social, organized, and genuinely passionate about exceptional coffee and creating a memorable guest experience.
Compensation includes a base salary of $80K to $90K, plus 75% covered employee health insurance, 60% for dependents and two weeks of PTO.
