Job Description Summary:

Job Description:

Licensure/Certification/Registry: - Illinois eligible/licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. - CPR certification is required. Experience: - Work experience preferred. Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: - Universal Precautions Category I.

Pay Transparency

$24.04 - $37.26

Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
