Property Manager – Supportive Housing | Port St. John & Rockledge, FL

Overview

We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to independently run a supportive housing community serving residents who were formerly homeless. This is a one-person office: you'll manage the site on your own, supported by an on-site maintenance team, and work closely with partner agencies and supportive services providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the community, including leasing, recertifications, resident relations and compliance.
• Manage a high volume of resident payment plans, rent collection, delinquency and financial reporting.
• Administer Tenant-Based Voucher households and coordinate with local housing authorities.
• Work with supportive services partners to promote housing stability and resident success.
• Direct maintenance priorities with the maintenance team to keep the property safe and well-kept.
• Keep accurate records and reports in Yardi.

Required

• Experience managing a homeless or supportive housing property.
• Proven ability to collaborate with partner and supportive services agencies.
• Yardi experience (must).
• Solid understanding of Tenant-Based Vouchers.
• Strong financial skills, including managing many resident payment plans.

Preferred

• EliseAI experience.
• Familiarity with the Brevard County area and local housing authorities.
