International Freight Forwarder

SUMMARY
The International Freight Forwarder coordinates import and export shipments on behalf of clients, ensuring goods are transported from origin to destination according to agreed schedules and requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Export/Import document preparation and data entry
• Vessel space booking
• Customer service
• Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules
• Invoicing
• Email communication with overseas contacts

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, trading, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, email, and general computer applications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving skills

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Flexible, part-time, or temporary schedules may be considered
• On-site in Torrance, CA
