Job Details:
Job Purpose/Summary:
This position will be a critical part of the Revenue Growth Management team on either the Retail or Foodservice functions.
Retail:
The Senior Analyst, Retail Revenue Growth Management, supports Strategic Pricing & Trade Optimization, the function that develops enterprise-level pricing strategies to drive profitable growth. Strategic Pricing balances consumer value perception, competitive positioning, and financial objectives, and it guides decisions on price increases, price pack architecture (PPA), and long-term price positioning across brands, categories, and channels. In this role, you will provide the analytical foundation for those decisions across five capability areas: pricing strategy and architecture; trade and revenue management; pricing and trade decision support; trade process and governance; and trade analytics, infrastructure, and capabilities. You will integrate market dynamics, cost pressures, retailer realities, and consumer behavior to help optimize revenue, margin, and market share. Success is measured by RGM value creation, delivered through pricing, PPA, and trade optimization against annual goals.
Foodservice:
The Senior Analyst, Foodservice Revenue Growth Management, supports customer and category pricing, margin management, and analytics to achieve business objectives. This role identifies and develops pricing strategies, builds actionable sales analytics, and provides operational support to facilitate and enable informed business decisions. The Senior Analyst partners closely with Business Unit and Sales teams to understand the go-to-market strategies across key portfolio categories and delivers ad hoc analysis that supports sales initiatives, identifies growth opportunities, and strengthens customer value propositions. This role also works closely with Legal to facilitate creation of distributor and operator contracts. This position combines analytical expertise with strategic thinking and is well-suited for a data-driven problem solver who can translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive business results.

Retail:
- Support pricing strategy and price pack architecture by analyzing portfolio roles, price ladders, brand and channel pricing, good-better-best tiers, and pricing for new products.
- Build elasticity, scenario, competitive benchmarking, and price-gap analyses, and use consumer profiles relative to pricing, to turn data into fact-based pricing recommendations.
- Analyze trade promotion strategy and customer investment by customer and category, including promotional efficiency, bundling and cross-category promotions, margin mix, and price realization, to optimize net revenue.
- Partner with sales, finance, and marketing team members to communicate pricing and trade recommendations, resolve pricing issues, and align on customer plans.
- P&L modeling to evaluate high-level shifts in pricing strategy, pricing actions, and trade optimization
- Support pricing governance, policy, and approval workflows so pricing and trade decisions are made consistently, on time, and within guardrails.
- Quantify and track RGM value creation, including pricing, PPA, and trade optimization results, against annual goals.
- Use and help enhance pricing and trade analytics tools, such as Compass and Trade 360, competitive and marketplace alerts, and product mapping, so teams can act quickly with consumer-relevant pricing.
- Develop and share playbooks, best practices, and training, and support change management, to build pricing, trade, and financial literacy across business units.
- Work with cross-functional project teams to deliver business insights and meaningful solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations that support sales initiatives and outline the customer value proposition.
