Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:

Junior Cost of Living Analyst (fixed-term)

In this role you will be a member of global team which supports our Global Mobility flagship products. As a junior analyst you will be responsible for researching, analysing and validating the collected survey data.

We will count on you to:

  • Review field survey results submitted by Mercer consultants in order to evaluate the overall accuracy and quality of the field survey
  • Analyse price movements and support regional research managers worldwide by acting as a contact point for consultants, including discussing data-related questions and explaining findings
  • Travel occasionally to conduct a cost of living survey in a specific location

 

What you need to have:

  • Fluency in English language
  • Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • General computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
  • Very good organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Mature and client-oriented approach, with independence, self-motivation and confidence in communicating with stakeholders
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging with internal clients and stakeholders
  • A client-oriented and empathetic approach, with the ability to understand different perspectives

 

What makes you stand out:

  • Good knowledge of other languages
  • Around 1-2 years of work experience in multinational company
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
