Murgado Automotive Group, one of America’s most exciting automotive groups, is growing our vibrant Business Development Center — the heartbeat of our dealership group and a core revenue and loyalty driver!
We are looking for friendly and professional communicators to join our BDC Call Center, who thrive in a fast-paced environment to play a critical role in customer engagement and service delivery.

What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with service inquiries
- Follow up on leads and schedule service visits
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty
- Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system
- Collaborate with service and marketing teams to meet client needs
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly and professional communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls and working with a team
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus (automotive experience is a bonus but not required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus!
