Requirements

 Primary Responsibilities:

· First point of contact for customers, including greeting and welcome customers, setting the tone for a positive customer experience and direct customers to the appropriate team member(s)

· Coordinate front desk activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls timely

· Screens calls and takes messages

· Texts salespersons to inform of a waiting customer

· Maintains orderly sales area, waiting and breakrooms

· Orders brochures when supplies are low

· Checks mail and routes to General Manager

· Mails tags for Title Clerks 

· Updates lists 

· Assembles customer goody bags

· Maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success every day

· Assist customers with any questions directed to the reception desk

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail

· Strong customer service skills

· Ability to use telephone

· Ability to maintain effective and positive relationships with dealership personnel

Education and Experience Requirements:

· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

· Experience in an RV or auto dealership preferred

Physical Requirements:

· Office environment requiring prolonged sitting/standing and working on a computer.

· Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as necessary.
