Functional Description:
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives in support of the PMA-271 Cyber Warfare Team.
- Analyzes requirements, status, deliverables, and schedules.
- Performs operational, management, and technical coordination analyses.
- Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon cyber warfare initiatives, cybersecurity accreditations, and system security engineering efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Journeyman Program Analyst, you are responsible for providing operational, analytical, and program coordination support directly to the Cyber Warfare Team within PMA-271. This position works closely with Information System Security Managers (ISSMs), Information System Security Officers (ISSOs), and System Security Engineers (SSEs) in a fast-paced environment to ensure operational rhythm, task completion, and program alignment.
- Capture detailed meeting notes, technical discussions, and key decisions during high-tempo cyber and engineering syncs.
- Track, assign, and drive closure on action items across team members and external stakeholders.
- Perform structured data entry, record-keeping, and tracking for complex technical cybersecurity analyses, engineering artifacts, and security documentation.
- Manage, coordinate, and track external task requests, leadership inquiries, and high-priority program data calls to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain and update team collaboration dashboards, Microsoft Teams channels, and OneNote repositories to ensure operational visibility and accurate data sharing.
- Interface with the broader PMA-271 program office and external mission partners to track program/project status, milestones, and schedules.
- Support the operation of the Cyber Warfare IPT, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and preparing consolidated status briefs and reports.
- Assist with developing, organizing, and coordinating program documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and requirements tracking artifacts.
Required Experience:
- Three years or more experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- Demonstrated experience managing action items, coordinating data calls, and utilizing Microsoft Teams and OneNote for dashboard and information management in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience working with or supporting DoD acquisition programs (ACAT I/MDAP), Naval Aviation (NAVAIR) program offices, or technical teams (such as ISSMs, ISSOs, or Systems Security Engineers).
- Experience with task management workflows, tracking technical documentation/evaluations, and preparing status briefs for leadership.
