ARE YOU THE ELITE PLUMBING AND HVAC CSR - BOOKING SPECIALIST OUR TEAM NEEDS?

• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused when handling upset customers
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
• Ability to keep detailed notes and maintain accurate records in Housecall Pro
• Strong follow-through and accountability
• Committed to making sure calls, texts, emails, and leads don't go unanswered
• Prior plumbing, HVAC, or comparable residential home-service industry experience
• Experience booking appointments and coordinating schedules
• Experience with Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, FieldPulse, or similar software

 

Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred.

 

WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

 

As our Elite Plumbing and HVAC CSR - Booking Specialist, you'll answer incoming calls, convert inquiries into scheduled appointments, dispatch technicians efficiently, respond to texts, emails, and online requests, and follow up with prospective customers who have not yet booked service. You'll keep detailed records, ensure no opportunity goes unanswered, request Google reviews from satisfied customers, and help create a seamless experience from the first customer interaction through job completion.
