Job Description:
- Designing and developing high-performance, low-latency Java applications for financial systems
- Working on Order Management Systems (OMS) within equity trading domains
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions
- Contributing to system architecture and performance optimization initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on performance and reliability
- Participate in the design and implementation of low-latency trading or OMS platforms
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues with strong problem-solving skills
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented, agile environment
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Java development
- Strong experience in building low latency applications
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and concurrency
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player
Desired Skills:
- Experience in equity domain or financial services industry
- Prior experience working on Equity Electronic Trading stack
- Familiarity with trading systems and market data
- Familiarity with FIX Protocol will be a plus
