  • Support change execution by coordinating impact assessments, stakeholder maps, communications and training schedules, and tracking adoption metrics and feedback
  • Prepare, review, and maintain client-facing materials (status reports, heat maps, integration checklists, slide decks, comms) and manage review and compliance cycles
  • Coordinate cross-functional SMEs (HR, legal, comp/benefits, IT) and delegate to analysts/associates to deliver integrated, timely outputs
  • Contribute to proposals and bids by drafting SOWs, project plans, resourcing/pricing inputs and pitch materials
  • Serve as primary or secondary client contact on engagements: Manage expectations, respond to requests, and ensure delivery within scope and budget

What you need to have:

  • 5 to 10  years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in project management, meeting facilitation and presentation design – using data to tell a story
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing client needs
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity, seeking opportunities to develop new skills
  • Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail

What makes you stand out?

  • You have a passion for change and solving complex problems
  • Fluency in English (French is a nice-to-have)
  • Completing a bachelor’s degree majoring in HR, psychology, commerce, business or journalism
  • Consulting, business and/or HR experience preferred

Why join our team:

  • We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
  • We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.
  • Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.
