  • All-In & Activity Pay: All-in pay up to $1.89 CPM with experience-based base rates from $0.73 to $0.76 CPM, stacked with $240 per unloaded trailer, $75 per backhaul, and $250 for NYC borough runs.
• The Route & Freight
  • Freight Type: 100% touch freight live unloads (box by box with rollers) at regional retail and discount stores.
  • Mileage: Average 900 miles and 3 loads weekly across CT, MA, NH, VT, NY, RI, and ME.
  • Dispatch: Immediate dispatch to Windsor, CT upon hire (bring 2 weeks of supplies to orientation).
• Home Time & Schedule
  • Home Time Options: Weekly home time for a 34-hour reset, with daily home time available after loads for your 10-hour break based on customer need.
  • Availability: Night, weekend, and holiday driving required.
• Driver Requirements & Screening
  • Experience & Compliance: Requires at least 3 months of experience in the last 3 years (36 mos) behind the wheel, plus a pre-employment DOT screening (hair follicle and urine tests) and a DOT physical.
  • Parking: Must utilize secure parking (authorized at company store locations or distribution centers).
