We are seeking an F100 Critical Parts List Integration Analyst to join our team. In this high-visibility role, you will support the F100 Strategy & Integration Team by collecting, analyzing, and collaborating on key data. You will work closely with various business functions, including sustainment program management, material management, production, strategy, engine management, operations, SIOP, and finance. Your contributions will help drive the success of the F100 program by ensuring data accuracy, improving processes, and providing actionable insights.
What You Will Do
- Manage and track recovery plans and critical operational activities with Component Integrated Product Team(s), including critical parts list project management, shortage management, demand/supply analysis, and coordination with internal operations. Integrate status and risks into program dashboards for effective executive communication.
- Develop, automate, and maintain program-level reports and dashboards to provide clear visibility into materials performance, health, and risks, including overdue and critical parts.
- Analyze Overdue to MRP and other relevant data to support program leadership, supply chain, and materials teams in decision-making and issue resolution. Provide recommendations to help prevent future problems.
- Collaborate with Materials, Planning, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy, alignment, and timely updates to performance indicators.
- Continuously improve data processes, tools, and reporting methods to drive efficiency, accuracy, and actionable insights for the F100 program.
- Support the integration of new data sources and digital tools to enhance the program’s material analytics capabilities.
- Support required financial goals and reporting.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 years of experience in aerospace, product or program management, general management, maintenance management, or operations management, or an advanced degree and 7 years of experience in aerospace, product or program management, general management, maintenance management, or operations management.
- 2 years of Microsoft Office 365, including Excel skills such as v-lookups, macros, and PowerPoint
- US Citizenship is required due to government contracts.
Qualifications We Prefer
- SAP, SIOP, planning, and inventory experience.
- Knowledge of master data, MRP scheduling, and planning.
- At least 2 years of experience with Military Engines Programs.
- Development experience with QLiK, Confluence, Power BI
- Conflict resolution capability and ability to develop strong internal and external relationships.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Forward-thinking and strategic planning experience.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
