Addiction Foods is looking for experienced Area Sales Managers to drive sales growth, distributor development, and market expansion across China.

What You’ll Do | 主要职责:
  • Develop and manage distributors within your assigned territory.
    开发并管理所负责区域的经销商。
  • Acquire new customers and expand into new cities and sales channels.
    开发新客户，并拓展新的城市及销售渠道。
  • Manage key accounts and build strong customer relationships.
    管理重点客户并建立长期客户关系。
  • Achieve sales targets and drive sell-in and sell-through.
    完成销售目标，推动进货及终端销售。
  • Conduct regular distributor, customer, and market visits.
    定期拜访经销商、客户及市场。
  • Monitor sales, inventory, competitors, and market opportunities.
    跟踪销售、库存、竞争对手及市场机会。

What We’re Looking For | 任职要求:
  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience.
    5年以上销售或业务拓展经验。
  • 2+ years in FMCG, pet food, pet care, consumer goods, food, or related industries.
    2年以上快消品、宠物食品、宠物护理、消费品、食品或相关行业经验。
  • Strong distributor development and management experience.
    具备较强的经销商开发及管理经验。
  • Proven success in new customer acquisition and territory development.
    具备成功的新客户开发及区域市场拓展经验。
  • Strong negotiation and account-management skills.
    具备良好的商务谈判及客户管理能力。
  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese and good business English.
    普通话流利，并具备良好的商务英语能力。
  • Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
    能够接受所负责区域内的频繁出差。

Strong Advantage | 优先考虑: Experience in pet food/pet care and an existing network of distributors, pet retailers, or relevant customers.
具有宠物食品/宠物护理行业经验，以及现有经销商、宠物零售商或相关客户资源者优先。
