Overview

The Product Information Specialist will review all advertising materials to ensure product correctness of Toyota vehicles depicted. The Specialist will also manage vehicles/logistics for productions working with car prep vendor, transportation teams and Toyota marketing vehicle warehouses in Los Angeles and Dallas. This will include collaboration with the Saatchi account team and the assigned producer. The Specialist will also advise creative and account team members on vehicle technology, usage, safety, competition, trends and predicted new vehicles. In many cases, the Specialist is required to attend events such as photo or video productions to ensure the vehicle is depicted and presented in the appropriate manner. The Specialist will attend meetings at Toyota and abroad as needed. The Specialist will also study and disseminate information regarding sales for Toyota and competitive vehicles. Specialist will have a firm understanding of CGI and AI used to create images and video of Toyota vehicles. AI knowledge will be key to expedite certain tasks or employed to improve procedure, research or presentation. The Specialist will work closely and in-depth with Toyota.com teams including clients and vendors to maintain, update, improve, accurize or create all media presented on the website.

Responsibilities

  • Review all advertising depicting Toyota vehicles and ensure product correctness.
  • Manage vehicle requests/logistics for various productions.
  • Provide support/collaboration to Toyota clients.
  • Attend meetings/events at Toyota and abroad.
  • Attend local and national/international productions as needed.
  • Monitor sales reports and disseminate sales information to agency
  • Support and inspire the work and the people across all departments at the agency.
  • Actively learn, use and develop CGI and AI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy and creativity. 

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred.
  • 2 – 4 years of automotive industry experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, openly, honestly and with integrity.
  • Recognizes when to maintain a high level of confidentiality while working on proprietary aspects of the day-to-day business for the Client and Agency.
  • Demonstrated capability to develop focused, insightful strategies and to effectively/efficiently execute tactical plans.
  • Strong ability to, use, and interpret numerical data (financial or statistical) and arrive at sound conclusions.
  • Proficient with the following computer software/systems: CoPilot, MS Office preferred.
  • Able to work extended hours, including weekends, as required.
  • Ability to use good judgment when making business decisions and performing tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention-to-detail; demonstrates a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent organization and time management; ability to prioritize workload and multi-task.
  • Some travel required.

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $89,600.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
