Custom Software Engineer

Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. Your work involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions you develop are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. You will engage in iterative development cycles, applying modern methodologies to deliver high-quality software tailored to meet evolving requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and quality. - Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Strong knowledge of integration design patterns and best practices within enterprise environments. - Experience with Workday Studio and related integration tools to build and maintain complex integrations. - Familiarity with web services, APIs, and data transformation techniques relevant to Workday integrations. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively to minimize downtime. - Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
