Shipping/Receiving Clerk

We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join a busy cold storage warehouse in Byron, GA. This position is ideal for someone with previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or logistics experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Byron, GA
Pay: $15.50 per hour
Schedule: Weekend & Night Shift Availability Required
Work Environment: Cold Storage Warehouse

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping and receiving paperwork
• Receive incoming products and verify quantities and information
• Assist with shipping orders and ensure products are accurately documented
• Enter and maintain inventory and shipment information
• Check paperwork for accuracy and resolve discrepancies when needed
• Communicate with warehouse personnel, drivers, and other team members
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Follow all warehouse safety and food-handling procedures
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Shipping, receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be comfortable working in a cold storage environment
• Weekend and overnight availability is required

Pay & Schedule

• $15.50/hour
