BCCS is seeking a Human Resources Director

What You'll Do at Brandywine Counseling:
- Serve as a trusted Human Resources resource by advising employees on employment matters, workplace concerns, organizational policies, benefits, and HR-related questions.
- Foster positive employee relations by maintaining effective communication with staff at all levels, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts and complaints, and facilitating problem resolution.
- Develop, interpret, communicate, and administer organizational policies, procedures, HR initiatives, and the Employee Handbook to ensure employee understanding and compliance.
- Coordinate and distribute employee communications related to benefits, compensation, training opportunities, organizational announcements, policy updates, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Promote employee engagement and morale through surveys, newsletters, recognition programs, meetings, events, and other communication forums while assessing workforce engagement and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, managers, and supervisors to support organizational priorities and communicate Human Resources initiatives effectively.
- Handle sensitive and confidential employee and organizational information with professionalism, discretion, empathy, and compliance with applicable laws and organizational standards.
- Model ethical conduct, accountability, transparency, and respectful communication consistent with BCCS values.
- Oversee recruitment activities, including community outreach, live and virtual recruitment events, pre-employment clearances, and required screening processes.
- Manage employee onboarding activities and ensure personnel records are maintained accurately and securely.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including employee communications, enrollment activities, and monitoring transactions for billing accuracy.
- Provide resources and guidance for job description development, maintenance, and assignment.
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor employee training programs, annual training plans, learning management system requirements, and training compliance, including maintenance of the Employee Handbook and training materials.
- Oversee Human Resources transactions and ensure accurate, timely processing and entry into the HRIS (Paylocity).
- Prepare, review, and distribute Human Resources reports as required.
- Plan and coordinate annual Human Resources activities and events, including benefits open enrollment, the performance appraisal process, employee training conferences, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements
Qualifications for this position are:
- REQUIRED: Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a Related Field
- REQUIRED: 10+ Years Human Resource Department Management, Employee Relations, and Leadership Experience in a Healthcare Setting
- REQUIRED: Previous experience in a Joint Commission accredited healthcare organization
- REQUIRED: PHR or SHRM-CP Certification
Pay:
- Starting at $45.50/hour
- Commensurate with experience and education
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- From 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
