Job Description

As a Treasury Analyst, EMEA, you will support treasury operations across the EMEA region and report directly to the EMEA Treasury Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to gain hands-on experience in cash management, banking operations, liquidity management, forecasting, and treasury administration within a global organization.

You will become part of a small, experienced and collaborative Treasury team that helps support Rockwell Automation's ongoing journey toward an outstanding organization.

You will work with diverse internal teams, external bank partners and have exposure to a broad range of treasury activities across multiple countries.

In addition to supporting EMEA treasury activities, you will collaborate with Treasury colleagues in the United States and China. This international environment provides the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop new skills and build meaningful relationships across the organization.

Location : Katowice, Poland - Hybrid

Work Hours: from 9 to 5 PM CET

Your Responsibilities:

  • General
    • Monitor EMEA Treasury email inbox, handle questions and communicate with EMEA Manager to resolve queries
    • Input EMEA guarantee requests in bank portal and follow up on bank execution
  • Liquidity
    • Monitor cash threshold at stand alone bank accounts. Estimate funding needs, initiate funding wires
    • Monitor daily account balance thresholds at different EMEA entities, prepare funding recommendations, and initiate funding transfers
    • Initiate manual cash concentration and ad hoc cash pool wires
  • Forecasting:
    • Obtain and summarize daily regional funding requests (AP, payroll, taxes, and others)
    • Update global cash pool forecast with EMEA & Asia Pacific funding needs
    • Update cash forecasts, estimate funding needs and initiate funding transfers
  • Static data:
    • Maintain electronic users and signatories at diverse EMEA bank portals
  • Bank account:
    • Support bank account opening and closing; coordinate signatory updates and EMEA mandate reviews
    • Handle bank compliance requests (KYC, FATCA, risk and sanctioned countries)
  • Intercompany:
    • Update monthly principal/commissionaire intercompany balance overview, coordinate settlements
    • Prepare EMEA intercompany monthly summary, update FX requests overview and coordinate execution
  • Improvements/projects / backup
    • Support ad hoc Treasury projects (cash pooling, banking connectivity, TMS)
    • Contribute to the development of treasury reports and process improvements
    • Be a back up for USA-based Treasury analysts

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field
  • Up to 3 years of work experience preferably in Treasury; or Finance and Controlling

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Experience with treasury systems or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP)
  • Familiarity with data analysis
  • Committed to process improvements
  • Fluent command of English
  • Availiability to work from 9 to 5 pm CET
