Job title \- Formulation, Labelling & Process Orders Specialist (82617)

Location \- Segrate (Milan), Italy

The role manages the creation and modification of formulas in SAP, coordinates production orders and reworking processes with the Quality and Production teams at the Segrate site and prepares automatic and manual labels as well as export documentation.

Your key responsibilities

• Create and modify formulas and labels for the Segrate site, while supporting the Fidenza site.
• Create process orders and perform producibility checks.
• Prepare safety data sheets for premixes.
• Prepare documentation required for export activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Logistics and Finance to support the end-to-end export process

• The gross annual salary for this position is between €32,000 and €36,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

You bring

• High school diploma
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a structured business environment
• Basic knowledge of English (B1) Additional languages knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment and willingness to learn.
• Curiosity and a collaborative mindset.
• Flexibility in supporting different activities and business needs.
