Job Description
1. SMT Equipment Maintenance and Optimization:
- Regularly inspect and maintain SMT equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Conduct equipment performance analysis and optimization to improve production efficiency.
- **Propose preventive measures, DFM for equipment, and carry out preventive actions in advance to prevent recurrence.**
2. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
- Analyze and resolve various faults during SMT equipment operation.
- Independently analyze and propose solutions for unprecedented issues.
- **Regularly review the effectiveness of occupational safety and health risk management plans.**
3. Equipment Modification and Technology Upgrades:
- Participate in equipment modification projects to enhance equipment performance and production capacity.
- Implement technology upgrades to ensure equipment meets the latest technical standards.
- **Research on non-standard SMT equipment & application evaluation and execution of automation projects.**
- **Manage SMT equipment capacity and plan adjustments promptly according to demand.**
- **Plan the overall SMT equipment layout and line setup capabilities.**
- **Evaluate new equipment capabilities based on SMT industry trends to ensure equipment meets the latest technical standards.**
4. Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Collaborate with production, quality, R&D, and other departments to ensure effective technical support for equipment.
- Participate in cross-disciplinary technical projects, providing technical support and training.
- **Cross-site equipment investment and cost-saving plans.**
5. Training and Guidance:
- Provide technical training to team members to enhance overall technical proficiency.
- Guide new employees to help them quickly adapt to the work environment.
- **Cultivate and guide subordinates' abnormality analysis capabilities (5W, short/long-term countermeasures, parallel operations & prevention); effectively control the abnormality occurrence rate.**
