What you'll do...
Role summary:The Director, Real Estate is a strategic partner responsible for translating business priorities, leadership requests, and cross-functional perspectives into clear strategies, recommendations, and executive-ready communications. This role leads complex, high-priority work from initial question through final recommendation. It requires the ability to frame ambiguous issues, engage senior leaders and subject-matter experts, synthesize multiple perspectives, challenge assumptions, generate ideas, and develop a clear point of view. The Director will also help drive execution of key priorities, ensure leaders are prepared for important decisions and discussions, and lead a team supporting strategy, communications, and creative development.
About the team:
The Realty Business Strategy team drives strategic planning, analytics, governance, and transactional compliance within the Real Estate organization. This team leads business integration efforts to align with organizational goals and financial sustainability. Members collaborate across departments to negotiate deals, manage budgets, and oversee operations. They develop and implement strategies that enhance performance while maintaining strong relationships with regulatory agencies and partners. The team promotes continuous improvement, accountability, and ethical standards, enabling effective decision-making and successful execution of real estate initiatives aligned with company objectives.
What you'll do:
- Lead development of business strategies, executive recommendations, and other high-priority strategic deliverables.
- Structure complex or ambiguous business questions, build the fact base, evaluate options and tradeoffs, and develop a clear recommendation.
- Engage senior leaders and business partners to understand differing perspectives, while also challenging assumptions, prompting new ideas, and identifying opportunities that may not yet be fully formed.
- Synthesize inputs into a cohesive point of view that advances the discussion and provides leadership with a recommended path forward.
- Translate strategy into executive-ready presentations, briefing materials, talking points, and actionable plans.
- Lead selected cross-functional initiatives and ensure key decisions, commitments, and follow-through are carried through.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
