Job Description:
dentsu is a network designed for what’s next, helping clients predict and plan for disruptive future opportunities and create new paths to growth in a sustainable economy. As a unified organisation, dentsu brings together deep expertise across media, creative and customer experience to deliver integrated solutions that drive meaningful progress for clients and society.
Dentsu Creative operates in over 21 markets worldwide with more than 2,200 dedicated specialists. Bringing together our Japanese heritage in craft, data and technology, and our deep understanding of media and contemporary culture, Dentsu Creative is a new global creative agency. Born in Japan, raised in a digital world. We help transform brands and business through the power of Modern Creativity: which creates culture, changes society and invents the future and is accelerated by our deep specialist expertise in digital experience, earned attention and entertainment.
At Dentsu Creative, we believe you can’t grow with the status quo. Growth comes from challenging convention, earning attention, and creating ideas that make an impact where it truly matters. That is what we mean by Innovating to Impact. As the agency world evolves, the most valuable partners are those who can connect brand, experience, media, and commerce into one clear system that drives real business results.
We also have big ambitions for the future of DC. Over the next twelve months we are focused on creating five pieces of great work that define our next chapter, and we are working towards becoming Agency of the Year by 2027. To do that we need people who are hungry. Hungry to grow client partnerships, hungry to create exceptional work, and hungry to make a real impact. Our cultural behaviour is simple: Be More Dog. Curious. Energetic. Positive. Loyal to the team. Always chasing the next opportunity.
We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Integrated Producer with our awesome team in Sydney.
The role:

You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects while turning great ideas into seamless real-world executions.
Core responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end production across integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, content, film, experiential, print and OOH.
Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets and production plans, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.
Partner with Creative, Strategy and Client Services teams, while coordinating suppliers, freelancers and production partners.
Lead the logistics and execution of shoots, content captures, events and activations, including on-site production support.
Proactively manage risks, budgets and timelines while maintaining high-quality production outcomes.
A bit about you:
Around 5 years' experience in a production role within a creative agency, production company or similar environment.
Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, content, film and experiential.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines.
Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, schedules and production resources.
A proactive, solutions-focused collaborator who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making things happen.
What’s in it for you:
Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our ‘Be the Best You’ policy which includes a $250 contribution to your home office set up.
The opportunity to give back with dedicated volunteer leave and our whole-company event, One Day for Change.
