Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Select Business Unit (SBU) Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of small business accounts, providing exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency operations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier service.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package (details available upon request)

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of small business accounts with premiums of $25,000 and under.
• Handle all aspects of account management from A-Z, including quoting new and renewal business.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of agency experience (4+ years preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.
• Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience.
