You will help maintain an orderly environment, report security-related concerns, and use technology to document activity. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and direct personnel and deliveries in accordance with facility procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the food and beverage facility, including exterior areas, access points, and perimeter locations, while reporting unusual activity or conditions.
• Complete required reports, maintain accurate access-control documentation, and communicate relevant information during shift handoffs.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
