Description
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, offering personalised, high-touch hospitality.
- Address resident requests, complaints, and maintenance inquiries promptly, resolving any issues and have attention to detail.
- Direct and supervise front-of-house staff and outsourced service contractors and vendors.
- Develop shift rosters, delegate daily tasks, and monitor performance across all residential departments.
- Conduct regular training programs to ensure team adherence to hospitality and service standards.
- Perform regular inspections of common areas, amenities and vacant residences to maintain pristine conditions.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and external vendors for routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and vendor contracts.
- Manage inventory, property equipment, and operating supplies for the property.
- Owner Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for owners, delivering transparent updates on property financial performance, guest satisfaction, and operational challenges.
- Regional Collaboration: Work closely with the Regional team to execute corporate strategies, uphold brand standards, and implement regional operational initiatives.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular operational, financial, and owner reporting metrics.
- Manage operating budgets, monitor property expenses, and optimise operational costs.
- Maintain resident records, lease agreements, inventory logs, and incident reports.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, fire, and local government regulations.
Job Requirements
Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Director of Rooms/ EAM or similar scope of experience in luxury hospitality. Experience in luxury residences is a must.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency hospitality operational tools.
- Solid understanding of financial planning, inventory control, and vendor management.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
