Position Overview: Join a top tier company in Bucharest for a dynamic role focused on customer interaction and satisfaction. Key Conditions & Compensation

• Net Income: 5,969 RON Net/month (~€1,136 Net)
  • Base Net Salary: 5,569 RON Net
  • Hybrid Work Setup Allowance: 400 RON Net
• Meal Vouchers: 25 RON per worked day loaded monthly onto a Pluxee Card.
• Bonus Structure: Performance bonuses based on CSAT/KPIs + additional cross-selling/upselling commissions.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 (Rare weekend/overtime carries a 25% premium).
• Training: 1 week (Monday–Friday, 10:00–17:00).

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live-chat.
• CRM Management: Accurately document all customer touchpoints and interaction data.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with internal departments and escalate complex issues.
• Value Generation: Identify and pursue subtle cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Requirements

• Languages: Advanced/C1–C2 German + Minimum B2 English.
• Experience: Prior customer service or contact center background (phone, email, chat) is preferred.
• Tech Savvy: Strong computer literacy, MS Office knowledge, and comfort using CRMs.
• Traits: Proactive, patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
