As a CRM Administrator based in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for:
Managing users, permissions, security settings, and overall system access while maintaining high data quality and performance
Owning Salesforce configuration, automation, releases, testing, deployments, and ongoing updates
Supporting the business with day‑to‑day troubleshooting, user training, reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights
Partnering with the CRM Manager and wider stakeholders to gather requirements, shape new projects, and drive effective system adoption
Ensuring Salesforce aligns with IT governance standards, backed by clear documentation and continuous system enhancements

Proven CRM experience specifically with configuration, automation and testing.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
A collaborative, customer‑focused mindset with clear, engaging communication skills.
