What’s on offer?

We are seeking a highly energetic Junior Scheduler to join our Fulton Hogan Utilities business in New South Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your career within a vibrant delivery team that is proud to partner with our client to deliver world class utilities services for the customers and communities within which we operate.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

• Support the implementation and maintenance of project planning and monitoring processes, with a focus on schedule, cost, resources and project reporting

• Measure and report program/project performance based on KPI's and Earned Value Analysis

• Assist Project Managers in report interpretation, analysis of project performance and development corrective actions

• Assist teams in building custom reports to suit a number of key customers and contract deliverables

• Contribute to the adoption of planning and project controls processes and best-practice ways of working

• Maintain project records, benchmarking data and planning documentation to support future project planning activities.

How you'll connect to the role:

• A relevant Engineering/Construction degree or equivalent experience in a Planning/Scheduling role

• Exposure to or working knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

• Knowledge and understanding of delay impact analysis

• Understanding of Earned Value Management and Critical Path Analysis

• Ability to develop Dashboards summarising program progress

• Experience in developing and maintaining weekly and monthly progress reports

• Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely 2.0 Culture.
