Industrial Trainee - Production Logistics Planning

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Assist in preparing and updating production schedules.  Support daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.  Update and maintain production planning records and reports.  Monitor production progress and follow up on work orders.  Assist in updating data in planning systems and Microsoft Excel.  Verify production planning documents for accuracy and completeness.  Assist in monitoring inventory levels and material availability.  Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other planning-related documents.  Maintain proper filing and document control for the Planning Department. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Logistics, or related field.  Available for a minimum internship duration of 3 months.  Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).  Strong organizational and administrative skills.  Good communication and interpersonal skills.  Detail-oriented, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.  Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.  Willing to learn and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
