Role Overview

During your internship, you will work closely with the Legal Department and receive guidance from experienced legal professionals. You will support a variety of legal and compliance activities, including contract review, document management, legal research, and monitoring regulatory developments.

On a typical day you will: 

  

• Prepare simple contract amendments, such as those related to price increases or extensions of contract terms,
• Format contracts and conduct proofreading reviews,
• Assist with document organization, filing, and record-keeping,
• Conduct basic legal research,
• Monitor current legislation and inform the company lawyer of developments relevant to the company,
• Prepare legal memoranda (memos) when necessary.

What you will need to be successful:

• You are currently a 3rd or 4th year Law student,
• You are detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• You are proactive, reliable, and have good communication skills,
• You are eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
