Business Analyst Portals Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst Portals. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to impactful digital transformation initiatives.

Mission Context:

Within the Tribe Transversal Capabilities and functions, you will reinforce the Business Analyst team of the cluster Portals. The mission is to provide a platform with transversal capabilities to create portals, websites, and web content, aiming for a coherent user experience in a cost-efficient way for all entities within the client organization.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and define business requirements in collaboration with the CPO to support the development of new portals for employees and clients.
• Identify business needs and help develop business requirements.
• Act as an interface between the Product Owner and the initiative owner.
• Bridge business needs with Information Systems.
• Define and analyze the business model using modeling techniques and methods.
• Manage risk, quality, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organize and lead workshops with stakeholder representatives, document requirements, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and proactively propose structured approaches to help build and implement the portals roadmap.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in web platform development and Agile environments.
• Experience in web technologies and a good understanding of IS concepts.
• Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods.
• Good expertise in MS Office.
• Agile way of working / Scrum.
• 3 years as a Business Analyst for complex projects.
• Strong analytical skills and in-depth understanding of business processes.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in a financial institution.
• Agile certification.

Language Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Dutch or French (one of the national languages).
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.

Education:

• Master’s degree with relevant experience.
