Job Description:
Central State Hospital is seeking full-time Registered Nurses for night shift (7:00 PM-7:00 AM) AND day shift (7:00 AM -7:00 PM).
Plan, implement, direct and evaluate patient care activities utilizing the nursing process through active participation in the treatment planning process
Demonstrate knowledge and application of the nursing process throughout the patients hospitalization, from admission to discharge, consistent with the patients age, gender and cultural specific needs
Assess, supervise and maintain the safety, integrity and therapeutic nature of the milieu
Complete documentation and assignments within established time frames
Base hourly pay: $37.50 with three 12 hour shifts per week
Works rotating weekends and $1.00 addition of hourly wage for weekend premium.
Shift differential (10% hourly wage increase from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and 12% hourly wage increase from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
Required: KY RN License and Valid Driver's License
