Job Summary
Manages sales of General Trade Home-Personal Care within a defined geographical area. Ensure consistent profitable growth, positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
Role & Responsibility
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarter, and month turnover, both primary and secondary sales for the assigned territory
- Develop specific plans to ensure turnover growth in UTT’s product portfolio
- Coordinate proper distributors resources to ensure efficient and consistence sales results
- Reviews progress of sales, execution score, direct coverage, and relevant project throughout the year
- Work closely with Distributor Owner, Distributor Supervisor, Distributor Sales force, and closely work in the market. Direct contact with shop owner and consumer.
- Manage personnel and develop distributor’s salesman field competency and skill development.
- Ensure compliances of sales policies, practices and procedures
Qualification and Experience
- 2-3 years in Area Sales Manager experience is require.
- Solid traditional trade, distributor management, and open trade market understanding required.
- Team management
- Good observation & Good instinct
- Immediate problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding in general trade
- Require professional work, due diligence and performing responsible tasks as assigned. High responsibility on compliance.
- Ability to use AI-powered tools is preferred
