Main Responsibilities
1. Manage the availability of container needs  at JKT and ID Outports.
2. Check the daily inventory update and inform the estimated volume of containers that can be repositioned out.
3. Ensure First-In First-Out rules being applied strictly at Depots.
4. Communicate effectively with Principals and Overseas Agents to resolve any container issues.
5. Report container stock data at JKT to CS and Sales Division.
6. Deal with maintenance and repair container activity at JKT and ID Outports.
7. Verify and apply waiver repair charge request from Customer.
8. Register & monitor On-Hire / Off-Hire activities.
9. Verify, control, and analyze reposition bills from third parties.
10. Coordinate to Depots for any reefer container trouble at Terminal or Customer's place.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Patient, professional, and able to maintain good working relationships.
• Proactive, shows initiative, and demonstrates a strong willingness to learn.
