Projects Trainee/Apprentice/VIE

• Support daily operational activities within the department.
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports.
• Participate in improvement projects and contribute with proposals or solutions.
• Learn and apply company procedures, standards, and tools relevant to the role.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Prepare documentation, presentations, and follow-ups as required.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the PM to support the team.
