The Position

We’re hiring for a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to support our TA team in scaling NMC² — our high-performance computing and cloud infrastructure business. This role is based in Dallas, TX at our Victory Commons office.

The successful candidate will serve as the operational backbone of our recruiting function, supporting hiring across NorthMark Strategies and NMC². You will own interview logistics, candidate pipeline management, and data integrity in Workday, while ensuring an exceptional experience for every candidate and hiring manager throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point person for interview scheduling; gathering availability, sending calendar invites, facilitating logistics across time zones and confirming/distributing those schedules in a professional manner.

  • Provide an exceptional experience to candidates and hiring managers throughout the full recruitment process.

  • Support the TA team in partnering with external recruiters and measuring vendor performance by managing scheduling, gathering relevant data, and reporting back to Talent Partners and the Sourcing Manager.

  • Set up new roles and manage candidates on our applicant tracking system (Workday) and other CRMS, maintaining all data and producing accurate reports.

  • Be a super user for our systems, acting as a first line of support for the TA team.

  • Partner with interviewers to ensure they understand their role in the process and educate them on how to use our applicant tracking system, Workday.

  • Gather feedback from hiring managers and candidates.

  • Build visual reports on hiring status, pipeline and diversity metrics, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc.

  • Partner with TA team to map the market for key open roles.

  • Administer assessments and tests for candidates as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience within a TA operations or scheduling role.

  • An eye for spotting inefficiencies and improving processes.

  • Ability to communicate concisely and confidently with the wider business.

  • Highly organized, efficient and able to operate at pace.

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and pivot in a complex environment.

  • Proven experience working across time zones and office locations.

  • Strong MS Office skills including strong Excel.

  • Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

  • A proactive approach with an ability to build relationships and influence.
