Job Description:

ROLE OVERVIEW

This position exists to perform the playlist of our linear television channels, complying with all the necessary reviews, management and       adjustments regarding content, formats, promotional strategy and sales placement (local, pan regional and Client supplied) as appropriate.

ACCOUNTABLE FOR  

1. Revision of formats so that there are no gaps and overlaps in the playlist. Validate that the spots are within the allowed schedules. Check the windows of commercial time on recorded and live content. Detect priorities in the promotional strategy.

2. Placement of the sale in the assigned breaks, taking care not to exceed the allowed commercial time. Make or request the necessary adjustments in programs, formats and promotional pattern so that the contents are transmitted at the appropriate times.

3. Report inconsistencies in the allocation of materials and impact on spotting. Send the final lists to the teleport.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Skills / key Competences: Teamwork, Priority & Time Management and Attention to detail.
• Technical / specific expertise: Basic understanding of television
• Other: Good spelling and grammar. Effective communication.

FORMAL EDUCATION

• Minimum: Technical career in Communication or similar.
• Ideal: Degree in communication or similar.

• Microsoft Office Excel - Basic
• Microsoft Office Word and Power Point - Basic
• Traffic Platforms (Not mandatory) - Basic

LANGUAGES

• English - Intermediate
• Spanish - Advanced
