The Role:
You will assist the Site Manager of a 169-unit apartment community in Minneapolis, ensuring our residents have a safe, clean, and functional place to live. The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn new tasks. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Rent Collection: Receive and deposit rent payments & initiate late rent notices
- Leasing: Work with applicants from tours through move-in
- Certifications: Process paperwork in accordance with subsidy programs
- Work Orders: Monitor work orders to ensure resident satisfaction with issues
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years of property management experience that included leasing, Section 8/42 preferred.
- Skills: Excellent customer service, administrative, clerical, verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize as well as multi-task.
- Licensing: Valid Driver's License, insurance and a personal vehicle are a must.
- Software Programs: Yardi & Rent Café experience a plus.
