seeking a high-caliber, strategically minded Head of Franchise Operations with 10+ years of leadership experience within an F&B or hospitality franchise head office. In this role, you will be the bridge between corporate vision and franchise execution. You will oversee operational strategy, protect brand integrity, and partner directly with franchise owners to drive profitability, consistency, and multi-unit growth across our network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Partnership & Advisory: Act as the primary strategic consultant to franchisees, conducting regular business reviews to optimize their P&L, labor costs, and overall ROI.
- Brand Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain, audit, and evolve strict brand standards, food safety protocols, and guest satisfaction metrics across all locations.
- Multi-Unit Performance: Analyze network-wide performance data to identify trends, flag underperforming units, and implement targeted operational turnaround strategies.
- Onboarding & New Store Openings (NSO): Partner with the development team to oversee the operational readiness, training, and launch of new franchise locations.
- Supply Chain & Vendor Alignment: Collaborate with the supply chain division to ensure seamless logistics, inventory management, and food cost controls at the store level.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of regional Franchise Business Consultants (FBCs) / District Managers to ensure consistent support across the entire network.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive operations management experience specifically within an F&B or hospitality franchise head office (multi-unit corporate experience alone will not be considered).
- Financial Acumen: Advanced mastery of P&L management, food/beverage cost controls, labor optimization, and financial forecasting.
- Influence & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence independent business owners (franchisees) and align them with corporate initiatives without direct organizational authority.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional crisis-management and conflict-resolution skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to [insert percentage, e.g., 30-50%] to conduct site visits and build relationships with franchisees.
