As a Claims Partnerships Advisor, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining a network of suppliers and partners that meets the needs of the Assistance and Claims sector, while monitoring partner performance and supporting the growth of these business relationships.

What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Claims Partnerships Advisor, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Select partners and analyze service proposals
- Establish shared objectives with partners and support them in achieving their goals
- Develop partnership strategies to meet the needs of the Assistance and Claims sector across different regions
- Participate in negotiating agreements
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative partner assessments in accordance with established procedures
- Work with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreements, policies, and procedures
- Assess the potential impact on partners when decisions are made in significant cases and take appropriate action
- Advise the Director, Property Estimating and Partnerships, on the development of business strategies
- Conduct comparative cost-benefit analyses of agreements with suppliers and partners
- Handle complaints and concerns involving business partners
- Collaborate with claims adjusters and business partners on disputed cases to facilitate resolution
What could accelerate your success in this role
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a college diploma or other relevant education
- Has at least three years of relevant experience related to the role
- Has a strong understanding of the property and casualty insurance industry and post-loss services
- Has customer service experience
- Is recognized for their strong communication skills
- Stands out for their negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Demonstrates a strong customer focus and sound business judgment
- Is recognized for their analytical abilities and strong synthesis skills
- Demonstrates sound decision-making skills, autonomy, and a strong sense of accountability
- Has an advanced level of French proficiency, as the role requires clear and effective communication with French-speaking clients, business partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
