EMEA Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Sourcing & Procurement
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Transition Lead to join our Sourcing Pursuits & Transitions team. Reporting to the Sourcing Transitions Director, you will manage procurement and supplier transition activities for EMEA-wide integrated facilities management (IFM) contracts, ensuring seamless handover and service continuity for our clients. You will also lead sourcing strategy development and execution for new business pursuits, client renewals, and expansions across the EMEA region.
What This Job Involves
Leading Transition Sourcing Activities
You will manage the end-to-end sourcing process for new and renewed IFM contracts, ensuring suppliers are onboarded effectively and service delivery begins smoothly. This includes developing and executing transition sourcing strategies, supplier selection, pricing validation, and contract finalisation to support seamless client transitions.
Driving New Business Pursuits
Lead new pursuit development by creating vendor strategies aligned to client requirements, engaging key partners, developing commercial approaches, and conducting pricing exercises. You will build compelling RFP responses, strategy documents, and client-facing materials that differentiate JLL's service offering.
Managing Supplier Relationships
Negotiate and finalise contracts with suppliers during the transition phase, securing favorable terms, pricing, service level agreements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate with Divisional Sourcing Leads, Geography Leads, and Category Management to propose optimal vendor solutions aligned with client requirements and JLL's strategic objectives.
Coordinating Complex Transitions
Manage supplier mobilization and onboarding, coordinating closely with transition PMOs, operations teams, and client stakeholders to ensure all sourcing elements are aligned and executed on time. You will monitor supplier performance during mobilization and early operations, resolving issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Stakeholder Management and Reporting
Prepare and present reports to client stakeholders, transition PMOs, senior leadership, and internal review boards, highlighting sourcing progress, risks, opportunities, and supplier performance insights. Represent Sourcing & Procurement at client meetings and internal review boards, adding credibility and depth to transition plans and bid proposals.
Driving Continuous Improvement
Contribute to process optimization initiatives to streamline sourcing and transition activities, enhance efficiency, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Support the team's development of new ways of working, including AI utilization and automation, in line with JLL's Accelerate 2030 strategy.
